BAILIWICK's President, Bob Ruggiero, has a BS Structural Engineering degree from the University of Connecticut and also studied at engineering at Villanova University so he fully understands the challaneges you may fae and has the solutions to complete your job correctly and safely.  He is a licensed E.I.T. in the State of Connecticut and has been inducted to the CHI Epsilon Civil Engineering Honor Society.
